Adapted traits
Darkvision extends 60 feet. Shifting is a Bonus Action that lasts 1 minute or until you die or end it as a Bonus Action. It grants temporary Hit Points equal to your level plus Constitution modifier (minimum 1) and the benefit of your chosen shifter subtype. Regain the use after a Short or Long Rest. Select Beasthide, Longtooth, Swiftstride, or Wildhunt from the source; subtype traits and their skill proficiency remain manually recorded.
