Mark of Storm · Khoravar lineages · Weather and air/sea transport
House Lyrandar brings the Mark of Storm into work with wind, weather, and travel. Elemental ships and airships are its most conspicuous public symbols: vessels whose operation joins inherited magical gifts to construction, binding, trained crews, and facilities on the ground.
An elemental vessel is a managed system. The bound elemental supplies power, while the means to guide it make that power useful for a journey. That relationship helps explain why a House’s influence rests on access to trained people and equipment as well as ownership of a ship.
A Lyrandar departure depends on crews and ground staff.
Reaching Sharn
Air travel changes a city’s sense of distance, but passengers still need a destination with suitable facilities, a service they can afford, and a schedule that reaches it. Freight needs loading, storage, handling, and delivery beyond a dock. Storms, maintenance, and connections remain part of transport.
Within Sharn, skycoaches provide a different scale of aerial movement, tied to the city’s distinctive magical environment. The journey between neighborhoods and a longer voyage beyond the towers involve different services and costs.
House and community
Lyrandar draws its marked heirs from Khoravar families. That cultural connection exists alongside the working lives of crews, ground staff, contractors, and customers from many backgrounds.
In 1250, transport forms part of the House combines’ wider reach. Reliable connections can determine access to work and care as much as commerce. Wealth buys speed and alternatives; households with fewer resources have less room to recover from a failed journey.

Modern House identity
In 1250, Lyrandar's commercial identity uses a kraken in navy and turquoise. A tapered kraken mantle rises above sweeping tentacles, joining sea and wind in a balanced silhouette. Airy lettering emphasizes travel and open distance.
Its advertising line is Beyond the horizon. The emblem appears across everyday business alongside the ancestral arms retained in formal House settings.
